F&P stands for François & Pilar.
F&P is not a traditional agency. It is a deliberately independent structure, created to support companies through digital transformations that truly last.
The term Digital Consulting is intentional. F&P operates as a consulting practice, not an agency delivering outputs, nor a technical vendor executing specifications. Our role is to help make the right decisions, structure digital initiatives, and drive them through to concrete, lasting results.
Our conviction is simple: digital transformation is not an IT project. It is an organizational, human, and operational project. Tools matter. But it is people who make the difference.

François Kerloch is a digital transformation consultant and product leader with more than 17 years of experience in international environments. He has supported complex organizations in designing, deploying, and scaling digital platforms.
His approach combines three dimensions that are often kept separate in organizations:
Experience built in the field
François has held various roles throughout his career: consultant, project manager, product owner, product lead. This diversity of experience gives him the ability to understand organizations from the inside.
Led digital platforms as Lead Product Owner, with full responsibility for projects spanning UX, development, and operations.
Working on the group API platform, at the heart of the company's digital strategy: API governance, API gateways, developer portals, API adoption by product teams.These assignments sit at the boundary between technical architecture, product, and organization.
Service Desk transformation support: KPI definition, performance dashboard industrialization, and change management rollout across subsidiaries.
Webfactory deployment in subsidiary: requirements scoping, site migration, and end-user training.
Customer Success Manager via Capgemini/Mov'InBlue, managing 3 key accounts (Spain, UK, France) on a car-sharing and fleet management solution. Product development and performance KPI tracking.
Telecom and mobile money engagements across France, Europe and Africa: product roadmap framing, multi-country digital project delivery and support to local subsidiaries on their operational challenges.
While studying at Telecom Business School, François founded TECHVIEW, a company focused on B2B and B2C web applications. Business model design, product roadmap management, traffic generation (SEO, affiliate marketing), conversion tracking, and community management. This is where his passion for product, fast iteration, and data-driven results was born.
