Scoping and interviews
Defining the scope, interviewing key stakeholders at different levels and functions, reviewing existing documentation.
You cannot plan where to go until you understand where you actually stand.
Not a compliance exercise. An honest picture of how your organization actually operates. We spend time with your teams, ask the uncomfortable questions, and give you a diagnosis that tells the truth.
In practice, the audit is a partial immersion into your organization. We conduct individual interviews with decision-makers, line managers and end users. We examine the tools in place, the data flows, the real processes (not the documented ones) and the metrics you already track. The goal is not to tick boxes on a maturity framework: it is to understand what works, what is stuck, and why.
Defining the scope, interviewing key stakeholders at different levels and functions, reviewing existing documentation.
Observing processes as they actually run, analyzing tools and data in use, mapping real-world usage patterns.
Writing the maturity report, presenting findings to leadership, collectively prioritizing next steps.
Tell us about your organization in a few lines. Most clients use the audit to decide where to focus next. We are happy to start there.
