What size of organization do you work with?
Mostly mid-caps and international groups, but also high-growth tech SMEs. Size is not the point. What matters is the complexity of the problem and whether there is a real will to solve it.
Remote or on-site?
Both, depending on the engagement. We are on the ground during diagnosis and framing, then shift to a remote / on-site mix during execution. We travel when it is useful, not as a default.
Do you work outside Europe?
Yes. We have operated in Africa and on multi-country scopes. The firm works in French, English, and Spanish. International engagements are a normal part of what we do.
How many engagements at once?
Two or three, maximum. We turn down what we cannot deliver at quality. That is a deliberate choice: real presence, not billing.

How long does an engagement last?
A maturity audit takes three to six weeks. Strategic framing, two to three months. Delivery support spans four to nine months depending on scope. Every engagement starts with written milestones. No vague mandates.
Do you produce written deliverables?
Yes, but not hundred-slide decks. We deliver short, readable documents your teams can actually use after we leave: diagnosis notes, roadmaps, decision logs, arbitration criteria. If it is not useful, we do not produce it.
What happens when the engagement ends?
The goal is that your teams are autonomous. We stay available for check-ins without billing in the weeks that follow, and we leave a clear handover file. If a follow-up is needed, it becomes a new scoped engagement.

How does your pricing work?
Fixed fee for audit and framing, day rate for recurring support. We send a written quote before any engagement, with a clear cap. No surprise overruns.
Can you give a ballpark?
A maturity audit: low five figures. A framing engagement: high five figures depending on scope. Delivery support: low six figures over several months. We give a precise number after a first conversation.
Do you do success-based pricing?
No. Success fees create incentives to push decisions that may not be the right ones for the client. We prefer a clear frame: you pay for an honest reading, not for a predefined outcome.

Did the clients you mention agree to be cited?
Yes. Everything on the site corresponds to real, signed, completed engagements. We never cite a client without their agreement. Operational details stay confidential.
Do you sign NDAs?
Every time. We sign the client's NDA or ours before any exchange on a sensitive topic. Confidential projects are the norm.
