About F&P
An independent structure, built for digital transformations that truly last.
F&P Digital Consulting was born from a simple observation.
Many companies invest in digital.
Few get the expected results.
Not because the technology doesn't work.
But because transformation cannot be imposed from the outside.
It must be understood, embraced, and carried by the teams who run the business day to day.
That is precisely where we come in.
The story behind F&P
F&P stands for François & Pilar.
F&P is not a traditional agency. It is a deliberately independent structure, created to support companies through digital transformations that truly last.
The term Digital Consulting is intentional. F&P operates as a consulting practice — not an agency delivering outputs, nor a technical vendor executing specifications. Our role is to help make the right decisions, structure digital initiatives, and drive them through to concrete, lasting results.
Our conviction is simple:
Digital transformation is not an IT project.
It is an organizational, human, and operational project.
Tools matter. But it is people who make the difference.

Several digital customer relationship initiatives and conversational platforms — chatbots, messaging, and mobile applications.
Roche Pharma
Led digital platforms as Lead Product Owner, with full responsibility for projects spanning UX, development, and operations.

Working on the group API platform, at the heart of the company's digital strategy: API governance, API gateways, developer portals, API adoption by product teams.
These assignments sit at the boundary between technical architecture, product, and organization.
Pernod Ricard
Service Desk transformation support — KPI definition, performance dashboard industrialization, and change management rollout across subsidiaries.
TotalEnergies
Webfactory deployment in subsidiary — requirements scoping, site migration, and end-user training.
Valeo
Customer Success Manager via Capgemini/Mov'InBlue — managing 3 key accounts (Spain, UK, France) on a car-sharing and fleet management solution. Product development and performance KPI tracking.
TECHVIEW SAS
Founder · 2008–2014While studying at Telecom Business School, François founded TECHVIEW, a company focused on B2B and B2C web applications. Business model design, product roadmap management, traffic generation (SEO, affiliate marketing), conversion tracking, and community management. This is where his passion for product, fast iteration, and data-driven results was born.
An approach forged by experience
After more than ten years supporting digital projects in large organizations, one observation comes up repeatedly:
Projects rarely fail because of the technology.
They fail because:
- × the product vision is unclear
- × teams are not aligned
- × tools are deployed without transforming practices
- × solutions come from outside without being embraced by the organization
F&P was created to address exactly these situations.
Why F&P
Understand before transforming
Before proposing solutions, we seek to understand how your organization actually works. Not on paper. In practice.
Build with the teams
Lasting transformations are those that teams understand and make their own. We work with your people at every step.
Measure what matters
Every action must produce a measurable impact. Indicators are not there to fill dashboards. They are there to drive decisions.
And Pilar?
F&P stands for François & Pilar.
Pilar brings a complementary perspective, particularly on the human, cultural, and international dimensions of transformations.
This complementarity reflects the philosophy of F&P: successful digital transformations always stem from the balance between technology, organization, and people.
Our ambition
F&P supports companies that want to make real progress, not simply launch yet another transformation project.
Our goal is not to produce recommendations. Our goal is for your organization to work better, faster, and more simply thanks to digital.
